About Our Sessions Together
I promise to make you feel safe, comfortable and understood in our sessions.
You are your own guide as to how much to open up, how deep to go. Often, we don’t have to go far to make good progress. It’s all up to you.
Together, we will find the right baby steps so you can learn new ways forward, however that makes sense for you.
Our sessions will on Zoom video, or voice if that’s better for you.

The Four-Step Process to Learn New, Healthy Coping Skills, Recover, and Live Well
Step 1. Assess. We will take a close look at how your trauma has impacted you, your stress levels, and your coping pattern to give us a place to grow from.
Step 2. Evaluate. We talk about how well certain behaviors are working and start developing better tools and skills.
Step 3. Education. I will teach you about how the brain is impacted by trauma and how we can make positive changes to improve it.
Step 4. Plan. We talk about how you want your life to be, a future that you’d love and then we start to create that.
Not only am I a trauma survivor, but I’m a trained recovery coach as well.
Sadly, traditional therapy was not life-changing for me.
But “trauma coaching” was. My mentor coach from the trauma training program helped me more than any therapist, doctor, or medication.
As a registered nurse, a trained trauma coach, and a trauma survivor, I have a very special skill set that helps my clients immensely.
